​​​Q: What’s included in the service?

A: Each custom quote includes your dog’s spa prep, transportation, venue escort, outfit assistance, photo guidance, and overall wedding-day handling. You can also add honeymoon sitting, engagement photo handling, and more depending on your needs. The spa prep alone includes many custom services you'd find in high-end boutiques, including luxury products, nail grinding and breath freshener!

 

Q: Is there a package menu for the ceremony times?

A: Yes! I offer three tiers:

• The Wedding Crasher – Ceremony & post-ceremony photos only (3 hours)

• Pup-arazzi – Ceremony + Cocktail Hour Photoshoot (4 hours)

• The Party Animal – Ceremony + Cocktail Hour Photoshoot + 1st hour of your reception (5 hours)

Pricing depends on your dog’s size, coat type, location, and schedule — so I build every quote custom.

 

Q: What’s the “Tux Rehearsal”?

A: It’s our version of a dress rehearsal! This is a required meetup (the night before the wedding) to test your dog’s outfit, get out the zoomies, check the venue, and make sure your pup is fully comfortable. I also do a quick wellness check — coat, nails, ears, etc. — before bath day and collect his overnight "Wag Bag".

Q: What should I pack for the Tux Rehearsal in my pup's "Wag Bag"?

A: To make sure your dog is comfortable, photo-ready, and fully prepared for the big day, please bring a "Wag Bag" to the Tux Rehearsal that includes:

• All wedding day outfit items (tux/dress, collar, bandana, leash, bow tie, ring box - anything your dog will wear or carry for photos)

• Pre-measured food portions (if I'll be feeding your dog during or after the ceremony)

• Any necessary medications (pre-portioned)

• Favorite treats

• A comfort item (like a small blanket, stuffed animal, or familiar toy).

I'll already have your signed contract and your dog's rabies information on file, so you're all set once the Wag Bag is packed! This rehearsal is your dog's chance to get familiar with the venue, strut their stuff in the outfit, and enjoy some relaxed time with me before the big day!

Q: How far do you travel?

A: I’m based in Ponte Vedra Beach and serve most of the Jacksonville and North Florida area. Travel fees may apply for longer distances or if separate trips are needed for the rehearsal and wedding.

Q: Do you offer dog sitting for the honeymoon?

A: Yes! That’s booked through my sister service, PAWnte Vedra Pets. If you’d like me to care for your dog after the wedding, just let me know when you fill out your quote request.

Q: How early should I book?

A: As early as possible! Especially for weekend weddings. I only take one client per wedding day, so once your date is gone, it’s gone.

 

Q: Is there a deposit?

A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due after your custom quote is finalized and before services begin.

Q: What if my dog doesn’t like baths or outfits?

A: That’s why we do the Tux Rehearsal! I’ll gently assess how your dog handles everything and adjust the plan if needed. I work with your dog’s comfort and personality — never against it.

Q: Do you work with other pets (cats, etc.)?

A: For weddings, The Groomer’s Helper is a dog-only service. But PAWnte Vedra Pets offers cat care and in-home pet sitting. Feel free to reach out if you need help with other pets while you’re celebrating.
