A: Well, the first rule of Scrub Club is... tell everyone about Scrub Club... especially if their dog could use a little TLC! This service was inspired by Phil, my brindle pit mix and beloved foster fail. He's not just my best friend; he's my muse. Scrub Club is my way of making sure pups like him - the underdogs, the rescues, the pit mixes who don't always get the boutique spa treatment - get their chance to feel pampered, polished, and deeply loved.

A: Think of it as your dog's version of a yoga retreat - with a little mud, a lot of love, and a post-workout glow-up. Each Scrub Club experience includes:

A wellness-inspired adventure (like a beach walk, nature trail,
or local dog park romp) to move the body, boost the spirit, and soak in some sunshine.

A calming bath with premium products, followed by a gentle blow dry and nail grind to polish off the glow.

A well-earned pup cup stop (because every retreat needs a sweet treat).

And, finally, some cozy downtime to recharge - either at your home or mine, depending on your dog's preferences and needs.
This isn't just pet sitting. It's a full-on retreat for dogs - completely customized to your pup - especially those who need a little extra love.

A: When you book, you choose one local destination from a pre-approved list: Jax Beach, Mickler's, the Arboretum, or your neighborhood dog park. If your dog has a favorite, let's talk! I'm happy to personalize!

Q: What are the pup cup options?
A: Treats vary depending on the outing, but some favorite stops include The Pupcycle, Jeremiah's, and Foxtail. You'lll get to select your dog's dream dessert when you book.

Q: Will I get photos?
A: Absolutely! Your dog cannot wait to send you a postcard from our adventures together!

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Each Scrub Club Retreat is tailored to your pup's size, coat type, personality, and pampering preferences - so pricing is offered by custom quote only. Fill out the short intake form, and I'll respond with a personalized quote that reflects your dog's unique retreat plan.

Q: Do I have to be gone all day?
A: Not at all! Many clients book a Scrub Club Retreat during a few free hours - brunch, shopping errands, or even a beach nap. Whether you're busy or just want your pup to have a fun day, too, Scrub Club fits your life. Fetch a retreat, not a guilt trip!

Q: How do I book?
A: Fill out the Scrub Club Intake Form and I'll follow up with a personalized quote, availability, and next steps. Once the deposit is received, your pup's glow-up is officially on the calendar!

Q: Where does my dog stay during downtime?
A: Depending on your preference and the timing of the day, downtime can happen in your home (drop-in style) or at mine, if your dog is crate-trained and relaxed in new spaces. If your dog park allows sitters as escorts, I'll chaperone while your pup mingles! We'll coordinate what's best for your dog.

Q: What should I pack for my pup?
A: A leash/collar/harness, any food or meds for the day (pre-portioned), and one comfort item, like a blanket or toy. That's it! I'll take care of the rest.

Q: Can I request updates throughout the day?
A: Of course! I'll share highlights and pics/videos or let you fully unplug. This is a retreat for you, too!
